With over two decades of dedicated service in this role since 2004, he brings deep institutional experience, strong professional passion, and an unwavering commitment to community development. In his executive capacity, Mr. Tsuma oversees all organizational financial operations, strategic budgeting, and fiscal reporting. He serves as the primary financial liaison to international stakeholders, managing critical donor correspondences and fund tracking for HMDS’s core partner organizations, including Periamma. Specializing in development finance, Mr. Tsuma directly supervises all incoming funding pipelines dedicated to children’s welfare programs and school-based infrastructure projects and community development. He ensures total financial transparency across these initiatives, maintaining strict alignment with Kenyan government financial rules, regulatory standards, and statutory obligations.
